I refuse to believe this bike is owned by a real person, the drivetrain is an unholy SRAM/Shimano mix, the brakes are from another brand altogether, front and rear wheels and tyres are all from different manufacturers, as are the shock and fork. Are you some sort of monster?

One up do a 240mm dropper that can be shimmed to 230mm

I like that. Kona have produced some of the best frame colours over the years.

 

flow Mk3 for the front and arch Mk3 for the rear

I know the flow is wider (and I myself have a wider rim on the front than the rear, 30mm vs 25mm internal) but not sure I'd want an Arch on the rear of a big bike like that. I had issues with cracking around the spoke holes on a set of Arch rims on my Tallboy with only 110mm travel...
