A very positive interview. Good to hear. I agree with the trailer comment. We had a cheap, used, trailer when the children were young. Made it fun to get them to nursery in and made for some fun rides in the Peak and the Lakes.
Walking or cycling, a destination, an undemanding but interesting route, and lots of verbal and snack-based encouragement made a big difference with youngsters.
Agreed with above. Just getting out is often enough for them. Also at older ages when "my legs hurt" starts appearing
