Sensible pricing on the CF 9. A bit of a change from some of the astronomical numbers I've seen lately from some brands.

Nice bikes, nice prices but the reach on the XL is only 473mm. It's basically a BMX.

Yeah, just seen the head angle and reach numbers on their website. A bit last gen tbh.

Everyone always seems to miss the point with the Neuron. Even the PR guff states that it's supposed to sit between the Lux and the Spectral as an all rounder trail / touring bike.

If they increased the reach and slackened the head angle, you are about 10mm of travel away from a Spectral. What would be the point?

I own a Neuron and on some downhills, I'd prefer long, low, slack. But, on a 50k loop around the Peak District, the Neuron is just the tool for the job and that's my type of riding.

It's mostly that the bike gets taller much more than it gets longer, that's pretty throwback stuff. The XL's got 40mm more seatpost than the L, but only 20mm more reach. So the medium is pretty conservative but the XL is just plain short. Also makes it harder to size up.
