Ben Haworth, I'm curious as I trust your reviews and these grips look like a bargain at that price, but what do you mean by Plastic parcel tape? Can you send /put a photo on here?
Presume it's the brown parcel tape stuff which is about 5cm wide..?
Good write up, I was looking around for a pair of push-ons following comments by Aston mtb etc and these are now in pole position!
@nidderdalenath I'll take a pic and post it here when I can. Hang on...
So these push on grips don't need tricks like using hairspray, like you did when fitting motorbike grips?
Just ordered a pair, at £11 it'd be rude not to. Got a big Alps trip coming up and was looking at some comfier grips as I think descending hundreds of metres every day is going to be arm pump central!!
Apart from the flange, they look like the BMX ones I've got in the garage. Are they 147mm long?

They do a flanged and non flanged version, as well.
Makes them sound even more like a medical underwear product.
"Do you suffer from *******? Try our new, improved, Flanged Gusset Sleeper push on underwear! Ribbed for extra comfort and endurance!"

Oh yeah, they're identical

Lots of BMX push on grips can be had for £6.99

Once I've parcel taped my bars, I slide the grips on using disc brake cleaner spray. FYI.
look like ODIs
Thanks for the photos and detail Benji 👌
