I had a pair of similar mesh bib shorts from Freewheel - I think they were Madison ones. They were very good, but fragile where the mesh was stitched into the solid panels. It wasn't long before they started tearing in those areas; like the material wasn't robust enough to hold the stitching. Would be interested to see how those ones last.

Honestly, that Ass-Saver looks really usefull. My commuter had issues with snow/mud (season dependent) and having something that had a bit more clearance would have been nice for 26" wheeled, not road bike width tyres.

I admire the way you've missed the main point of the MTB version of the Win Wing, which is that it's a BRAND NEW PRODUCT. I have one of the gravel ones and it's ace, just so much more protective than you think and quick and easy to remove from the bike for summer, if you an be bothered.
I'm wondering if they changed the geometry of the stays to suit full sus mountain bikes.
And - again - how much for a puncture repair kit? That's kind of taking the proverbial really.
