Hey Amnada, This must perhaps be a new (novel) type of Pertex? Pertex™ Shield 2.5 layer fabric - right
Given that the stuff that’s been around for years [as featured in Buffalo pile garments] isn't waterproof at all but very wicking and windproof? I'm intrigued
