I want to find my Zwift ID for Zwift power, problem is I use an iPad for everything and on all the instructions on how to find it it says hover over download the fit file which I obvs can’t.
Any ideas folks?
I had the same problem, but I can't quite remember right now how I solved it! I think I just actually clicked to download it, then I was able to see the file name somewhere and got the ID from that....
Tried that but it doesn’t give a four digit number, just the date. Ive just emailed them so we shall what happens there. Thanks anyway.
@cogglepin.....
Follow this guide.

Where it says to hover over the "download fit file", press and hold.
This is on Android, but expect it will be the same on Apple....pressing and holding gives you a dialogue box to do things like open in new tab, copy link address etc.
You should be able to find the ID from that. It's the 6 digit number marked in bold below. You will either be able to see it from the dialogue box or choose copy link address and paste it somewhere to view it:

Thanks Stumpy, I saw that but Zwift power kept telling me it was a 4 figure number. Will give it a go.
Definitely not 4 digits, mine is 6 and some of my team members are 7. It looks like zwift use a sequential integers as your zwift ID so the length of the number is going to increase over time.
@cogglepin
There are two numbers during the process:
- first you need your zwift ID. This is the one you are struggling to find. It identifies your zwift account so zwiftpower knows who you are. This is definitely not 4 digits long. It's 6, maybe even 7 now, and you find it using the link from @stumpy01 above. zwiftpower needs that. it's your identity.
- later, you'll need another number which they (clumsily) refer to as your " Zwift ID Personal Number". This is an arbitrary number which zwiftpower generates and gets you to use as part of the process for connecting your accounts together, think of it like a temporary PIN which you add to your rider name in zwift, and when zwiftpower sees that it's there, it knows it's really you to authenticate the connection. After that, you can put your name back how you like it. This number IS 4 digits long (at least it used to be). That's the one which zwiftpower will keep saying it that length.
Thanks for the replies, shall try and get sorted later.
