When I go on zwift when it shares to Strava it loads the time as 6 hours earlier than it was, son uses zwift different user same laptop his saves as correct time of day, any idea what settings I need to change it must be the app??

Maybe time zone settings in your profile?

Yep. I had same. Think you have to go to the website to find the setting for time zone.
