If you stick to it it's a 12 week plan with about 3-4 sessions per week..
BUT.... Zwift got a bit less rigid, so you can work through it at your own pace and weekly sessions...
Thought I'd suggest sticking to 3 sessions per week minimum...
Week 1 is fine:
Devedset, pedal drills (boring) and orange unicorn...
I'm doing devedset at about 6am tomorrow, so of course you can work through at your own pace.. but it's quite fun to do a group workout every now and then...
I'll aim to set one up (maybe STW club) on sat am....

I see the club now has the ability for group workouts, but NOT the one we want...
I might have to make a 90 minute meetup, and we workout the 'old school way' - join the meetup early, and whilst waiting for it to start (you HAVE to be in the meetup, on the blue virtual turbo trainer), go to menu and pick a workout...

Good luck with this guys, as a previous 'survivor' it can get pretty tough in the latter weeks! Good gains to be had though!
I've just started Dirt Destroyer again last week to line up with my trip to Scotland so can't do this, what a shame... 🤣
