Looking for an alternative to Zwift as per the title really. This is due to the issues I'm experiencing when trying get my Kickr, cadence sensor and HR monitor connected. Using Apple 4k TV and Zwift companion app due to the lack of connections on the Apple TV. Just finding Zwift too unpredictable from one session to the next.
Any suggestions welcome and the only requirement is the ability to transfer session from Trainingpeaks.
The best thing you could do....for any app you choose
Is bin the Apple TV.
Almost any method of conveyance for the app will be a more stable platform
Sorry, couldn't resist...

Have a look at Fulgaz, I use it with ATV as I do Zwift but Fulgaz been stable for me not sure on the trainingpeaks thing think it does that but not my thing.
Have you updated your kickr if its a later model - when they altered the firmware to output cadence from the kickr it was brilliant for the appletv.
I have no problems at all now, you can just ditch the companion app. Thats the flakey bit i found.
Otherwise, fulgaz i like on atv but nothing else ive tried yet is as good as zwift for training, group riding racing etc and all that.
I've tried RGT as it is or was free during lockdown. It was ok but needed loads of graphics power to run it and wasn't as user friendly as Zwift

Just run the cadence from your sensor to your gain or something because the kickr cadence is basically a random number generator.

Tested mine against my garmin sensors on the head unit, and ill give it its due i thought it was goimg to be miles out but it was actually very good. I have no idea how the wizardry works, but it does.
Strange as mines was out against Garmin and also counting at low rpm even.
I was using it and wondering why could never get cadence to my favoured 90-100 rpm.
Turned out the kickr was just giving out horse shit.
It can only be guessing using power output /rotation of the flywheel as it has no idea what gear I'm in.
* Edit. Exactly what it's doing.looking for deadspots in the power stroke so square pedalers might get good cadence readings from it.
