Seen good things about some of the ZTTO kit that’s on eBay and wondered if anyone’s used the 11 speed “HG compatible“ one? The 11-46T comes in a little pricier but getting on for 20% lighter than an XT one - but does it shift well / last ok?

Have a couple of their 10 speed wide range cassettes which have been fine, also just ordered a 9 speed 11-42t for the commuter bike, although that has been slow arriving because of Corona. Would definitely recommend their stuff!

I've got one of their 11-50 11sp 'SLR2' ones. Bit clunky changes, but basically fine. Not too bad into the 50T with a standard M8000 rear mech even. And very light for $85.

Thanks @steezysix and @branes - really appreciate your insight. More tempted to give it a punt...

I've ridden 720 miles on the ZTTO 11S 11-50T SL Black silver Cassette MTB 11 Speed since end of Feb. Only issue is chain drop if back pedaling on the 50T. So sometimes tricky on a iffy hill re-start. Paired it with a YBN gold chain & sram steel front sprox for a budget chain set. Cassette was £37 delivered. Arrived quickly from a UK supplier, although I ordered from Aliexpress directly and was used to the 2 - 4 week usual delivery.
After a wet start, we've had a lot of dry weather here so I switched to homebrew candle wax hot chain melt from the usual Putoline and so far pretty much no chain stretch......

Thanks @pampmyride. I’d only been looking on eBay, but that’s really helpful too.

Prior to the ZTTO cassette I ran a Sunrace 11-50 with no issues over 2.5 years. UK purchase when they had just arrived so cost £90. I've just ordered a ZTTO derailleur & 11 speed shifter to convert my old 2nd bike to 1 x , mainly using leftovers for the rest.

I've got 2, the posh 10-42t and the 9-46t, as before, they're ok, the 10-42t seems to work well as i use it on my gravel bike which is di2, the 46t was on my trail bike, shifts up a dream, but shifting down is slow and basically requires no cable tension, the mech isn't the freshest so can forgive some of it for sloppy joints and weak spring.

they are light and seem to last more than one chain, so think they're worth a punt, can get some good deals on them sometimes on AliE, just gotta keep an eye on sales etc
