Hello I’ve got a set of Zipp 303s wheels I sometimes use on my gravel bike. Do you think they would be ok on my Scott Spark 900rc for light XC riding?

TIA

Should be provided the hubs fit. I went bike packing (heavy loads) on my CX bike with 20/24 spoke alloy wheels recently.

I imagine they're non-boost with a 12mm front axle so will need adapting and adapting non-boost hubs to boost isn't always ideal.

I'd only risk it if I was a VERY light gentle rider though, compared to even XC MTB wheels they won't be designed with as much reinforcement to resist the tyre bottoming out on the rim.

Either way it's very much 'at your own risk'

Not a great idea imho, even if they did fit (they're 142mm wide). 45 deep carbon rim feels like it could get dinged up pretty bad.

I do race 303s on cyclocross (with inserts), but I'd not take them over the rocks on MTB stuff personally, use alloy rims for that on the cross bike.

23mm internal? Only recommended up to 50mm (1.96 inch) tyres max.

that alone should be enough to keep you away from the idea

Used to put 2.3's on a 19mm rim bitd.

Needed a lot of pressure to stay on ?
