I have a 2012 zesty that I'm looking to upgrade to a spicy. I've fit some 160mm pikes on the front, but would like to increase the travel on the back to 160mm too.
Now I can buy a spicy shock shuttle, but at £60 it seems fairly pricey.

Has anybody shortened their zesty shock shuttle, or had one fabricated (I assume this may cost more than the shuttle itself). What size shock does the spicy use?
Also, would this affect my warranty on the frame, bearing in mind that the zesty and spicy share the same frame?
By the time you have phaff'd around modifying your existing one, or making something, the £60 for a new one, is a small price to pay imo.
(And, it means you have your "short" one sitting around if you want to go back to more XC travel at the back.
(tbh, i don't remember mine costing quite that much, but i got mine a couple of years back now)
Thanks, that might be the better option then. Where did you get yours from? I've just seen them on ubyk and hotlines, but they are both £60.
What shock size are you running now? I believe my zesty is 200x57 (I see yours is 2013 though, so may vary).
Cheers 🙂
