Can someone confirm that they're I-Spec B compatible please? Doesn't say on the website and I'd like to order tonight if possible.

Pretty sure the 'B' in the model number denotes i-spec B.
Click on the image of the closed box to zoom it and it says I Spec B. Mine are but doesn't work with Zee shifter. Terrific brakes though.

When you say yours doesn't work is it just the Zee shifter isn't I-Spec B or something else wrong?
Shifter is not ispec brake is. Bought at different times and only after getting the brake did I think it would be a good to have, not so genius 🙂
Ispec b shifters work with either a or b levers so it will be fine either way..
