So, like many other before me when perusing new bikes up and down and over the internet - YT Industries has popped up, but as you purchase direct from the company (located in Germany) and reading mixed responses with regards peoples dealings with their sales/customer service team, I'd like to know if......
A) Has anyone on here bought a bike from them?
B) What was the sales/after service like, any problems (!?)
C) Would you buy direct again or use a UK retailer?
I was thinking of a Wicked 160 ltd as I need ( 😆 ) that much travel to cover the flaws in my own lack of riding ability!
