Hi All,
Always used the GCN vids which are great but I've done most of them and want a change.
Don't really want to sub for Zwift/TrainerRoad/whatever if I can avoid it.
Looking for 30 mins to 1 hour sessions that are easy to follow.
Any suggestions?

I was going to suggest the GCN ones.
Stu Rider from Rider's Cycle Centre in Skipton has some roller classes videos that he posted this winter. Dunno what they are like -
