You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
I know many on here have more than one bike, so if you do which one did you spend the most time on in 2016?
Me
1. Vaya ti gravel / cross / adventure type bike.
2. Jones steel spaceframe.
3. Norco full suspension bike.
I can't be bothered to work out the exact milage for each bike but the Vaya did more than double the Jones and the Jones more than double the Norco.
Zealous Division
Santa Cruz Hightower
Genesis Tarn
Genesis High Latitude SS
Genesis Fortitude
BSD Forever
Dartmoor Hornet, just so much fun and far more capable than a HT has any right to be!
Relegated my very trick Trance to second bike which I never thought would happen.
My Whyte Saxon CX did more miles than my road bike and 4 MTB's put together.(A lot more).
2004 Kinesis Maxlight XC 1000miles ish
2013 Cannondale Bad Boy 250miles ish
2011 Orange Five 0miles ish

Ibis mojo
Town bike (most times used)
Fargo (most miles and smiles)
Turner 5 Spot (old, Horst) took it out once
Road: Specialized Roubaix
MTB: Specialized Epic
Cx bike has been the most used bike this year then the full sus for days out. Road bike has done maybe 40km if that after a service.
Very depressingly, it's my Brompton.
My wonderful old Tinbred has made me much happier, but has been used an order of magnitude less than the nerd bike.
Miles wise, the Isaac on Zwift.
The now sold charge cooker and Spearfish were next.
The Parkwood then next, last in miles is the Whyte t130 but that will soon change next year.
Smiles, the Whyte wins.
Steel fave bike 3
Ali slop bike 2
Unobtainium*Cx bike 1
* kinesium?
On-One Fatty
Cannondale CAAD4 Road bike
El-Mariachi SS
Which just shows how little I rode this year, usually the road bike is by far the most miles because it never used to get used for less than 70-80 at a time. Then the SS for evening/night rides. Then the 'trail' bike only came out on weekends.
Cotic Escapade was about 90% of my (limited) mileage this year.
Cabnondale Trail 29 rigid.
Cabnondale Jeckyll 2.
On One Fatty before I sold it.
Rocky Mountain Altitude 27.5
Lapierre Dh Team 27.5
Commencal Supreme 26 (now sold)
Commencal Meta 29
My £197 Specialized Allez. 4 years strong & the only thing i've changed is the brakes pads & rear tyre.
I think another 4000km on it this year, most of which has probably been on the turbo, which is a depressing thought 🙂
2k miles in South Wales on a Heckler. Simple but amazing bike, not one single issue with it!
Kaffenback
Singular Swift 29er
Cannondale Beast of the East 1 650+ (bought end of the year....)
I've barely been out this year due to crippling carpal tunnel syndrome (now operated on) but when i have been out it's mostly on my Planet X Kaffenback, flat bar build, which my kids nicely refer to as my old man bike.
Joint top (can't be bothered to figure out the exact mileage but will be similar): Onza Payoff and Canyon Spectral. Tended to use the Onza for commuting, evening rides and when it was wet, Canyon for everything else).
3rd: Forme Hooklow gravel/ CX bike (now sold, was replaced by the Onza).
4th: Scott Genius (now sold, replaced by the Canyon).
Mostly my old 26" hardtail as my brand new 27.5" full sus spent a lot of time being broken.
Most miles Specialized Allez
Most smiles? Not sure I like all of them!
Most recent use,Norco Search 'Gravel bike'

Cotic Soul / Orange five about equal ( both 26'ers, both brilliant )
On One Inbred SS / New Genesis CDF equal ( only had the CDF couple of weeks)
Boardman Road Bike 0 Miles
Think the CDF will be well on top in terms of distance next year, but probably not amount of rides.
Spesh camber alloy
Genesis high latitude
Spesh camber carbon (new since sept)
Giant racer (one summer ride, loved it!)
Giant hybrid commuter (doesn't count as it's not for fun)
2007 Heckler
2013 Kinesis Decade Virsa
But most miles on a 2011 Stevens S6 cost me £37 !! Absolute gem of a bike
My Solaris... ( Sherpa is too new...)
My Cotic 29er is the bike I use most often, the Canyon 29er next.
Cannondale scalpel
Cervelo s3
Fat bike
Pickenflick
Cannondale synapse Di2 disc ( only recently starting using this as winter bike )
Cannondale habit black - zero miles as delivered last week.

Giant trance
Bird aeris
Skinny wheeled thing
Trance is dead long live the bird
Specialized S Works E5 Aerotec
Gitane Super Pista
On One Codeine
I reckon the order will probably completely reverse for 2017.
Probably close to a 50/50 between my Remedy 29 and my Dune fatbike. The Remedy does all the going away and almost all of the racing, and most of the harder work generally, the Dune gets used a lot locally and on familiar trails. A good partnership.
There's a cheap carbon 29er creeping in which I suspect is going to get ridden about 4 times 😆
almost 50/50 between my transition suppressor and dartmoor hornet.
Most Miles: Pinarello Prince road bike
Most Hours: Cotic Soul Mk1
Most Rides: Early 1960s 27"-wheeled fixed wheel pub bike.

Yeti SB95c - 16km
My old Kona Major Jake. This does everything from sheep tracks over mountains, forest roads to my Sunday CTC rides. I'm not sure that's what Kona had in mind when it was their top of the range cx bike. A snowy ascent of the Kirkstone pass back in November.

2souls quarter horse.
That's an accurate representation of the proportions of the bikes used this year.
I've also ridden other bikes but so infrequently it's not worth mentioning.
Stooge half fat.....Most miles and most smiles
Yeti sb95......Sat unused since the stooge but most pbs on it according to straaaavvvaaaa.....
Ritchey P 29 two miles.....
Most miles (and smiles) - A 2009 Voodoo Limba that I built up this year; has replaced both my hardtail and my roadies as my go to bike.
Most frequently used ~ probably my Merida hardtail that has been relegated to trail-a-bike duties, so does lots of short journeys with the kiddywinks.
My road bikes hardly got a look in this year, although it was a funny year as I spend much of the summer laid up due to a RTA in my car that left me with a back injury.
Pinnacle Ramin 29er - did the most commuting duties
Singlespeed Pinnacle Iroko 26 - such fun!
Cotic BFe 26
Commencal Meta Full Susser 26
Giant Avail Road bike - only got it in July
I had a rather tame MTB year, mostly XC and commuting, hoping to change that in 2017...
A bastardized Trek 3900.
By mileage, Enigma Evoke; by riding time just about equal between the Evoke and a Whyte 29CS hardtail
Best supporting bike- heavily upgraded Whyte 529
Breakthrough bike- Enigma Etape set up for winter riding
colnago cx - commuting bike
whyte hardtail - off road commuting
wilier road bike
salsa fargo - one big trip
Trek superfly full sus
argon triathlon - on used twice this year - piss poor really
Seven Axiom SL
Seven Evergreen SL
Look 695
Felt DA
Pickenflick
Cannondale F29
Brompton S2L
Condor Pista EOM
Bird Zero.
Genesis Croix de fer.
Genesis has only just been brought though and is now the commuter so will likely be used more than the Bird in 2017. Which is sad. Will have to make more of an effort to go out with the Zero.
In order of mileage for me would have to be,
Rockymountain Blizzard fat bike
S-Works Stumpjumper HT 29er
S-Works Epic 26er
and maybe a couple of outings on the road bike.
Got to admit I do love the fat bike especially with the Blutos for just generally riding into, and over, things.
Felt Lebowske e fat bike
Sonder Vir Fortis fat bike
Low mileage year for me for a variety of reasons - mainly lack of commuting - but the results - in miles:
Giant Defy - 1949
Pinnacle Arkrose - 937
Cotic Soul - 536
Don't bother asking me how that fares against target.
Arkose 4
Charge Cooker Maxi 2
Canyon Nerve AM
Vitus Vee 29er
Fat bike with chubby rider.
Passing observation though - is the game here not to state your most used bike, rather than how many 'n' do you have?
Got to say it would be the Genesis Datum, commute every day when possible.
First "road" bike I've had and it is so much quicker than any of my other bikes.

[url= https://flic.kr/p/LrZhDY ]Awesome #mtb ride with @darylg71 last night. Found some new links back from partridge green too. We adopted a outside chainring only rule too, which was challenging but fun. Most miles - Whyte Dorset
Most trips - Orange Gringo spares bin special pub/shop/hack bike
surly disc trucker......as per usual for the last 5 years.
Most distance on the T'inbred built up as a rigid 29er with 35mm rims and 2.35 tyres.
Then road bike, then salsa spearfish.
All good in their own ways
Pact Wildcat.
Most rides and highest mileage - mostly done on those terribly unfashionable B+ wheels and tyres.
Thanks again brant.
Least used - 3 short rides on my SC Blur.
Codeine .
Spesh allez , work commute and general run about
And sometimes my epic or old enduro sx
But been a poor year for mtb
Kinesis Crosslight 5T
Not really done much biking at all this year.
No1 2010 Genesis Altitude - not much original. New 1x10 this year worked great.
No2 Old road bike which still runs well. New seat & chain this year.
No3 FS mtb which has not been out much.
Note: My climbing shoes have had more outings than my bikes.
Whyte T130 C Works
Surly ICT
Scott Scale 700 SL
My on one 456. I ride it when it's horrible and muddy, when I'm out with the kids/family and I ride it when I'm in the mood for something more playful than the next bike...
A 29r fs, which is a better and faster bike 99% of the time but lacks a bit of the character of the 456.
Then my crappy old hybrid and the road bike. I love road riding. Don't like the road bike though. Never been comfy on it over 30 miles so it just gets ignored.
Specialized Roubaix by a long way as I commute on it, fortitude race, then whyte 905 for me
Mostly my Patrol - as it was new this year, not very surprising.
