Ongoing saga of trying to return a bike that CRC sent that was too small but they tried to buy me off with a £30 gift voucher if I'd keep it ? 🤔🤔🤔 Collection was scheduled for today , I explained I had a long standing physio appointment at 9 am so could I have an afternoon slot as stated on website . Not possible apparently but they would pass info on to Yodel . Sure as eggs is eggs I was at physio when he called and I missed him by 20 minutes . He read the note I left on my front door , wrote back apologising that he was on a schedule and it wasn't possible but he would phone his depot and see if someone could pick it up later . So I contacted CRC asked how likely it was they said it wouldn't happen today .
Sure enough I was home having dinner at about 2 a van pulls up a Yodel driver rings the doorbell and picks up said bike ! I never thought I'd see the day when Yodel of all people would show a company like CRC how to look after customers , how things have changed . It'll be a long time before CRC or Wiggle get any of my business again , how could it all go wrong ?
