What Shimano post mouunt/adaptor will I need to upgrade my rear Yeti SB5C Rear rotor from a 160 to 180mm for Shimano XT Brakes. I've been looking about and I am getting quite confused by which exact shimano part I need.

You dont need a specific Shimano one, but if you want a shimano one its the F180P/P2 also known generally as a shimano 180 post mount.
