Hey folks. ive got an AS R-5 with quick release on the rear, ive got hope pro 2 hubs and im wanting to convert it to 142 x 12.. what components do i require to do this?

But the price of the chip kit is still pretttty steep.

Hi, ive got a used chip kit for the yeti its yours for £40 with the axle.
If you hub is pro 2 you will need the x 12 kit crc do them.
If pro 2 evo you will just need end caps.

Can I slightly hijack this and ask the question: Is there a large Allen headed bolt I can use instead of the Shimano 142mm QR axle? I find the qr lever gets in the way of the brake area on my SB95.
