Just got some ion rascal clipless shoes and crank brothers mallet dh . Zero release cleats too. The slots on the shoes are long so I can run my flat pedal position too. Only for single-track rides for a bit to help my glutes etc pulling up on pedals

It's just to work different muscles for a bit to help my hips etc. I will never ride clips all the time .ever
