Anyone know the best/cheapest place to get these from?
I need a few meters worth that can be cut down to required length and I'm uncomfortable googling/purchasing something I know nothing about (i,e do they vary in quality etc)
Cheers, Rich
I've got about 50cm of yellow strecthy band from when I did my shoulder... its yours if you want it?
Those yellow bands.
I believe they may you resistant to telling truth until you stretch it so far that it snaps
Rich - Not much help I'm afraid as I got mine from the physio I was referred to for my shoulder a while back. But what I do know from talking to the physio is that the yellow stretchy stuff is not the same as red stretchy stuff - the yellow is easier to stretch ie the red band has more resistance.
If you do end up buying off t'internet and it's the yellow you want, don't be tempted by another colour!

I just got a rubberbanditz one for assisted pull ups, but they do rehab ones. Seem to be good quality.
