Good cranks them, what's the problem?

Oh no wait, is it the damn silly fitting method? Or is it the randomly nonstandard granny ring?

No removal tool? Or rounded 10mm bolt?..
Or the eye wateringly expensive chainrings?

The removal tool comes with the cranks.

Deja-vu!!!!

Same problem this morning. Gave in and ordered one from Merlin for £30.

Still planning on moving them again soon so might be worth it!

My tool arrived last night and it worked well after I remembered to put the bolt back in.

Lovely cranks, but ridiculous fitting system. No wonder the newer ones don't use this system any more. Wouldn't get them again because of this reason

To be fair, it's essentially the same fitting system as most SRAM/Truvativ cranks, just that a bit comes off instead of staying in the crank.
