I was basically decided on getting some xt m8000 cranks and a one up components xtr 36t ring (neither shimano or one-up do xt rings in 36), but on emailing one-up it seems that while they have the same funny BCD, the bolt fitments are different so xt and xtr are not compatible. Does anyone know if this is just the one up rings or is it the case with genuine shimano rings too? Be a real pain if that is true
