Cleaning my cranks today and a washer popped out - cleaned that as well but when trying to put the bugger back - i used more enthusiasm than skill. Needless to say the washer is less round - anyone know whats its called and where I can get a replacement?

its necessary for sealing/tensioning the crank but you could straighten it, slide it on the axle first and it should straighten it enough. I can look in the workshop tomorrow as Im certain we have spares.
