Are they deep enough for shimano brakes, can I use the Sram caliper bolt spacers for the 170 mm disc?
I don’t have this combination but I have Sram guides on Shimano 160mm rotors that came with some old Deores. Seems to work ok - I think the guides are seeping pretty much the same area as the previous Deores.
Different scenario, I have shimano ice tech rotors runing with sram TL calipers, the rear 160 is fine but there's some judder on the front 180 if you brake hard, it doesn't happen under moderate braking.
Everything's true and tight and works fine otherwise.
Anyone want to swap an ice tech 180 for a equivalent sram disk?
I've had no issues running SLX (M675) callipers with SRAM Centerline rotors (160mm & 180mm).
