I'm sorry it's another tyre thread.
So I was thinking xr4 2.35 front and xr3 2.2? Rear (26)
Has anybody had any experience with this combo? And how good is it?

I run xr4 on one bike xr3 on another id imagine they would work well in the combo you suggest. 4 are a hefty tyre but loads of grip 3 lighter faster rolling but still good grip.

I'm running that combo. By chance rather than design. No complaints. Bit too large for XC, ok for freeride-ish, bit too thin for rocky/DH.
