I'm about to buy another DX light but looked at ebay first and found these:

and

Both of them have bad feedback on lights, mainly torches some of which are the obvious says it''s 1600/1800 lumens when actually it's a lot less. Used to that from DX.
The only thing that makes me want to press the button is that they can deliver quickly. Anyone bought from either of these sellers? Any views?

I've got one of these arriving from these guys tomorrow

Zoomable rather than spot light. Same LED quoted at 1600 lumins (probably a lot less buts till bright enough). I emailed them and they quote a 3 to 5 hour run time with a 18650 battery

England based company, lots of good reports

Just over 20 quid delivered in a couple of days

I've got a similar torch which I used with my DX light but when riding with others it was next to useless despite being very powerful.

I've got one of he XML spots in your link that I point up the trail from the bars. The flood is for my helmet to shine around the fore ground

It probably is but the far east never let the truth stand in the way of a good sales pitch. Either way, beats everything hands down in bang for buck

My hopeshop light arrived today, solid feeling Alu light, proper three pin uk charger, decent connectors with a reassuring feel and fairly thick cables. Not so sure about the helmet mount, and the rubber band system will be under suspicion until it proves itself. Bright though, easily seen in a daylight lit room, and I can't wait till it gets dark for the obligatory garden test...

Both of them have bad feedback on lights

It's not that bad IMO, The lights appear the same as Chinese ones the only difference is that they are about £6 more but being in the UK get delivered a lot quicker.
