What's your choice for good all round xc tyres?
I'm running a Nobby Nic up front and a Racing Ralph out rear. Reasonable grip but not huge grip. I'm too lazy to change tyres all of the time, but seems okay so far.
What size ?
At the moment, I love Maxxis Crossmark on the back with an Ardent front. Know a few people running the Crossmarks front and back.
maxxis advantage front and kenda small block 8 rear or maxxis cross mark rear.thenew aspen would also make a good rear.

i'm using hutchinson Toro's on my soul, and find them Awesome, not cheap but great levels of grip! 2.35 front and rear, come up quite small for the size though,
Jonny, I've got 2.1" at both ends. A decent all round size I reckon. Not too heavy for XC racing.
