Had Fox 32s and Rebas, both had a really stiff setting but still bounce when out of the saddle. Are there any that lock out completely?

Dunno about forks but I have a DT Swiss XRC shock that does that. Might be worth investigating their forks.

My epixons don't completely lock, but the amount of give in them is tiny when locked out, I can only move them a mm or two with my body weight when the bikes stationary. Guess it's a bit of a safety net if you inadvertently hit something hard.

There's certainly no 'bounce' I'm aware of when riding locked out.

My Rebas don’t bounce at all when locked out unless they take a hit from the ground. You can set them up how stiff you want them to lock out.

My RS1's lock completely due to the adjustable flood gate.

I believe the DT Swiss XC forks my mate has do the same, this time via a cable lock out

I had my Rebas on the stiffest setting.  It didn't bouce as such when out of the saddle, but they did move a couple of cm.

If DT are still based on Pace then they probably do lock out, cos the Pace ones did.
