Yes you can do it internally, if you buy new just ask the shop to order them already adjusted, Upgrade should adjust before sending out.
Yes you can, it's apparently a 30 second job once you know how. They can be reduced in 10mm increments on a sort of pin/ladder system with no requirement to order extra parts.
Whoever you get them off will get them from Upgrade who can usually do it before they ship them out.
They're cracking forks to be fair, get the HLR version and your laughing.

Great forks, easy to do internally, we run them for dirt jumpers at 100mm.
