I've got the RL DLA version. My lockout stopped working in Whales this summer. UpGrade repaired it under warranty. On the invoice there is a "X-fusion - Velvet RL Damping Seal" RRP £23.99 listed. They got it sorted in 4 days.

Brilliant customer service from UpGrade as the UK distributor of X-fusion. Even if you are not aware of the history of your forks, I'd give them a call and ask how much they'd charge you to get it sorted. They really do support the brand very nicely.

Good luck!

BTW I absolutely love my Velvet! 🙂

I concur - we've been really impressed with the service from Upgrade, especially with regards X Fusion. Certain larger distributors could learn a lot from them.

Have a chat with them - I'm fairly certain that they'll deal direct with customers and help sort you out.

I would send them to upgrade or Loco for 2 reasons,
1, to get them fixed (really like my X fusion forks)
2, get them serviced, more so if you don't know the history of the forks, you know where you stand after and know how well you you after till the next time.
