Can I drill a hole in the rod to make them 130mm travel? Rather than 120 or 140mm

Or just set them at 140mm but add a 10mm all-travel spacer to sort it without having to drill anything

The spacer does exactly the same as drilling it, just doesn't need drilling. You'll still end up with shorter A to C

If you need a spacer try Jim at JTECH or upgrade

Nope but we've done it in the shop loads. Leave the disc with the split pin where it would be for 140mm then add a 10mm spacer between it and the rest of the spring assembly. Has exactly the same effect as drilling and moving the disc down but means no drilling, keeping the fork intact and is entirely reversable.
