Looking for some upgraded 29er forks. Are these travel adjust forks any good or are they like old talas forks ( rubbish and heavier ) ?

I've got some velvet dla. They are great, nothing like talas, these are like a smooth fixed travel fork.
Damping clicks actually make a noticeable difference per click aswell, with plenty of adjustment range.

I have the set travel Trace RL2 and I like it. I also have the set travel Slide RL2 which is more, 'shut your eyes and think of England', but it does the job. I've not tried the travel adjust versions
