This is a stealth ad!! Get in there first lol!!

Got a large hardcore HT frame with headset/seatclamp and sram GX 11 speed transmission (cassette/shifter/crank/rear mech), Sram Level T brakes, 650b Wheels setup with tubeless tyres, Nukeproof pedals, 50mm stem
So bar saddle/bars/grips/seatpost and forks it's a bike.

How would you advertise? Atm its cluttering up the workshop and needs to go so it seems more effort splitting to sell each part.

Would i be best to source forks and finishing kit and selling as a full bike or selling as is?

Sell as is, post it on here and PB.

That said, gumtree/eBay might yield faster results if you can deal with all the dumb questions/offers etc.

I would either build it up complete or strip it and sell the parts. Normally do the latter but have sold two top end bikes recently.
The market is still mad for stuff.
Not had a problem in selling at the moment, most stuff has gone in the day.
Yesterday I sold brakes within the hour and forks within a couple.
Looking at the delivery addresses most is going north to Scotland.
The lady at the post office looks forward to me going, now knows exactly what I want.

I appreciate parts may be easier but that wasn't the question 🙂
question was - build up with missing parts or sell as incomplete bike 🙂

Then build as a complete bike. I wouldn't buy a part build, it would need to be a full build or preferably a frame only so I could do the build I want.

Sell incomplete, if you don't want the hassle of splitting you'll never get around to finishing it and you'll start the same thread in 3 months time

Stop being lazy and split it. You're a bike mechanic so it'll take you all of about 10 minutes and it'll take up less room in the workshop if its split. You'll probably get more money for it as well.
