Yes its the Weekend Ride Picture Thread again.
You know what to do.
Ride your bike
Take some pics of it.
Post them up with a few words.

Solo ride for me this morning.'
Rather wet and ended up with numb hands and a bawbag like a walnut.😒
Good to be out even after going down like a sack of shit on a wooden bridge on the way home.

Antur Stiniog on the Status today. It's fun, if a little scary at times

Rip round with Mrsstu this morning.
Like night and day difference to yesterdays ride.
No rain and the sun even tried to come out a couple of times.

A solo mince around the hills south of Abergavenny this morning, before the rain set in.
Really mixed trail conditions.

First ride on the gravel bike. A relatively easy 35 miler for my first one. Cycle track and Haddon Estate from Darley Dale to Bakewell. Monsal Trail to Wye Dale. PBW to High Peak Trail as far as Mouldridge Grange, back over the tops via road through Winster.

Would have done the full HPT and back through Matlock Bath for a 45 miler but what started off as a lovely spring morning on the Monsal Trail, turned into mid winter on the HPT. Horrible headwind and cold rain.

Really enjoyed riding the Boardman - something different to what I'm used to. Zips along, climbs stuff that I thought I'd struggle on - when I could get grip. Couldn't get traction up out of Wye Dale though, but gravel bikes coming down were walking it. Do need to learn how to hook the gravel kings up though as struggled on another section too

I'm in Malton at the in-laws. Went on a cheeky trip up the Dalby off piste. Same riding location as last weekend, but I'm really enjoying it up there at the minute. Trails running 👍 . Not all dry, but there's a good chunk of it that seems to run well whatever the weather has been doing. Also it's in the east so tends to be drier.

Was sunny, warmish and my CRC endura MT500 £19 shorts are *mint*

Top day out

I also went for an 8Km run and then a 10km walk earlier in the day so I'm absolutely ruined now!

Short spin up to Curbar gap yesterday afternoon after being away for the weekend. Very sloppy but good to get out in the sun.

Claderdale loop, about 20-ish miles and about 2200ft of climbing (forgot the Garmin)   while it didn't rain constantly, it did rain 'mostly' , and I couldn't be arsed to stop and take pictures. Part of me enjoys having the hills nearly to myself, part of me is getting a bit fed up with the constant cycle of mud and washing.
