Quick spin after work to help Reeksy1 dial in his fork after work last night.

Then took him early morning to join his club heading south for a big day at Boomers (Boomerang Farm Bike Park).

Then took the youngest north to ride with the younger group and went on a lonely lap myself. Perfect conditions just the right side of dusty. Couple of PRs but felt like hard work.

Sun came out for a bit last night so I went for a short ride, lovely and quiet out.

WRAPT
Weekend riding AND picture thread
Local one today just testing the commute to my new place of work.
Not a bad route really. Took 40 minutes with a fairly chilled pace.
Wouldn't do it every day though.
No riding for me this weekend. Done a final fettle on the bikes for next weeks Alps trip and pulled together some spares. Just need a stem to arrive so I can replace my damaged bars and then will be all sorted.

South Wales today, Machen, Llwyn Hir, Risca and Mynyddislwyn.

We were passing through Jedburgh today so thought we'd see how the Justice Trail was fairing these days, not very well in parts as it turns out...
Just a quick spin out today to stretch the legs in-between doing other stuff. Bakewell getting some rain in the distance, I managed to stay dry. Had a curry at Matlock Bath Balti (the best in the area) this evening

5am rise for an early ride today. No charge for clearing the cobwebs from the red route at bedgebury.
I think this may be my best bike ever. Always makes me smile riding it.
Big one yesterday by my standards. Marple, Lantern Pike, Hayfield, Snake Path, Rowarth, Marple, 45km and 1300m.
Rained a bit, had a good sausage roll from sett valley cafe.

Around Bath. I did some singletracks I haven't ridden for ages, and they all felt longer than I remembered, so that was nice!

Nice pics folks--nothing quite so impressive from me this weekend alas but I got a wee circuit in this morning along local trails through the woods, good for clearing the head...

Cwmcarn - Cafell and Twrch. Always way harder than climbing/distance says it should be. Lovely weather but very puddly under tyre. That's me pretty much done before a week in Madeira 🙂 Dialled myself back into riding the Giga after hardly getting any miles on it for a few months.
Still an absolute beast!

Yesterday at the end of my ride I had to pour the water out of my Five Ten Goretex boots, today's ride finished with a cider in the pub beer garden😎 Got to love the UK summertime!

It.was really wet in Leeds yesterday so I just got on top of jobs and admin.
Trails are a bit sloppy so just grabbed a few hours riding down steep things at some some localish woods that retain grip in damp conditions. Great to be out and a drying wind blowing...so fingers crossed for a dry spell to sort the trails out this week 🤞

Sunday local. Found a couple of new features the pixies have been working on. Only one ready to ride though.
Currently 2/3 of the way through riding the Hadrian's wall route. We've had quite a lot of wet, although nice sunshine until lunchtime today. Final leg to S. Shields tomorrow.

Not much in the way of pics, but crashed (invited) a fathers day ride with the twins and their dad
Was a complete slop fest but a great ride
