get your mind out of the gutter 🙂
I want to prepare better for the upcoming bike park season. yes yes,  I deadlift, I have adjusted my brake lever angle, bite point and so on. But I see now harm in preparing as much as possible... if it works of course
so,  what ways can I improve my wrist and grip strength at work during momentary slack times, and how? Silly putty, weights , those weird vibrating ball things?
ta!
Complete waste of time IMO. The gyroscope ball things are meant for rehab I think, when people can't physically manage anything more. Just up your deadlift (if you can) if you want to get stronger. The only other thing that I think would work is take up climbing, probably a bit difficult sitting at your desk though 😂
*bump* Not a question about dishwashers *bump*
Deadlift more. Bench press, bent over row, shoulder press.
Not at the desk though.
What is the Bike Park season?
What is wrong with your grip strength now? If it's arm pump, try climbing. I'm not sure how deadlifting could fix that.
Climbing. Â Climbing. Â More climbing. Did I mention climbing?
Singlespeeeeeeeeed! Yanking on the bars will make you stroooooong all over 🤗🤗
Actually, you XC ski - won't that work wrists?

chunkychew I think you can guess but to clarify , a season is often used in this context to refer to a period of time. A bike park is a place where people such as myself, go to ride bikes, often downhill and often with the assistance of lifts to reach the top.
Ok, two answers that actually relate to my question, I'm impressed, it must be the new forum!  flounce over , just converting my office to a bouldering wall with a barbell for deadlifting in the corridor outside.
I have something very similar to the "captains of crush grippers" but with cheaper black plastic handles!
I've had them since the 1980's - I can crush anything now; such is the manliness of my forearms 😀
