Imagine my delight to find an expensive looking black envelope through the post, only to find it's a letter of apology from Rapha about their poor delivery service recently, and saying things are fixed.
They included a complimentary bit of paper, of which I have no idea why it is so special, so I've filled it appropriately.
Is this marketing gone mad, would have been better to sent me an email saying they had donated 50p to a worthy cause.
they are good like that - had a tumble on the mtb, ripped a massive hole in the cross jersey, sent it to them for their free repair service and they sent me a new one! 🙂
