I'm building up a new bike so ordered a new cassette and chain (XT M8000).
I've found this chainring in the spares box.
Would you use this with a new chain and cassette?
It looks to be in good condition and was only used SS. Not entirely sure on mileage covered. Sorry about the poor pictures..

neither of the photos show the teeth side-on so very hard to gauge tooth wear.

Thanks Chakaping- may as well order a new one to be on the safe side.
Think I'll give one of those oval Works chainrings a go.

It looks fine but what's a single ring cost, £30? for that much, I'd buy a new shiny one for a new shiny bike.

Looks fine, but as said its a new build, so fit a new one. Save it for when that one wears out.
