Have four year old Brompton Wondered if anyone had experienced bot the traditional levers and the new two finger MTB style ones

Any perceivable difference in power?

I know they look nicer but for thirty quid I want to believe that they'll work better too

Yes, a whole lot better - much less flexy than the plastic ones.

I have a few sets spare I think - can do 'em for less than £30 😉

The brakes on the new Bromptons are waaaayyyy better. Combination of new levers and calipers (and possibly cables) and they actually stop a Brompton in very short order, unlike theold ones which did bugger all

They're meant to work with the standard calipers - probably not enough cable pull for Vs.

They're not really all that special - they're the best brake levers Brompton have ever made, but that's not saying much 😉
