Just wondering if any of the old gang are still able to turn the pedals and if so how about a Woburn get together over the festive season.
I promise to bring the mince pies and festive cheer.

I'm afraid Woburncrankers pre-date Facebook by several years if not decades 🙂

I've gone all misty eyed thinking of Oldgit on a 26" wheeled single speed and sporting dodgy purple and lime green lycra!
Actually maybe getting back together isn't such a good idea!

Good to hear from you although you prob don't remember me!

Carl's donning a different type of lycra nowadays, keeping up his fitness with some dancing and last time Rich rode a mountain bike he lasted 1.2 miles before breaking his leg.

Although not an official cranker, I hooked up with you guys a few times - was on a blue Cove Hustler in those days. Did the ride from Woburn to Chicksands for the MBR magazine article with Oldgit and co years back in the snow... Rode at Woburn for the first time in ages a few weeks ago and loved it

Really good to hear there's a few of us still about.
Stepped out for a few years myself then found a new life and a new riding mojo.
Woburn has certainly come on a long way these last few years. Not sure its all for the best but that's a different thread.
Shout if you fancy a bimble over the holidays.
Hey we could even invite the new kids on the block.
Remember the epic 40 plus stw get togethers?
