Two, three years ago - pro 650B piece (opinions and influence of friends on kit choice, etc).

Illustration showed one bloke on his own with his bike whilst another group of bikes and riders stood nearby.

Umm I've the magazine (been meaning to scan the routes and bin them), but not sure I want to go through 3 years worth to find it.. that & they're hidden under crap while I 'should be' doing some decorating.

Was only a short opinion piece - left hand page iirc.
would that be the article that wasn't pro 650B at all but was about how peer reviews were more powerful than magazine reviews, using 650B as an example? 🙂
