Numpty question can you go tubeless with a wire bead? Been doing it for years but always a Kevlar folder....?

Yep. I've done it with some Specialized Chunder wire bead tyres on non tubelss rims. No problems.

No reason why not. I ran Schwalbe Marathin Pkus tubeless for 6 months on my counter just because I could. The folding Bontragers I've got on there now leak too much. I doubt it's anything to do with the bead type though.

Yes. Running Continental CX Pro wire beads on Stans Crest without any problem.
