Anyone know of any issues?

Had to send some riding trousers back as came up really small.  Posted back to them a couple of weeks ago.

Had no response / confirmation and not picking up phone either.

Cheers

I’ve had deliveries (Evri) not arrive, but customer support has always been responsive and helpful.

Generally all ok, they use amazon delivery for me.

Got a package arriving on Sunday, free delivery

I bought a new ebike battery from them earlier this year. No problems whatsoever, except I now have to work harder to keep up with my wife.

Should be OK.  I ordered a chain from them in april and realised at the end of may it hadn't been delivered.  I emailed to cancel the order and they refunded in a couple of days.

Very slow at doing anything and never answer the phone, but get’s done in the end. Ordered a bike with claimed dispatch of 24 hours and took a week and a half to arrive. Emailed after a week and didn’t get a reply until after the bike arrived.
If they’d just been upfront about delivery time I wouldn’t have minded as the price was fantastic and the bike was well set up when it arrived.

I've never had an issue with Winstanley Bikes, but I've also never returned anything. I would always recommend returning using a tracked or sign for service unless returning using pre paid service.

Hope you get through to them and they can help..

Don’t forget, they’re in Wigan, where the M6 is cobbled. Delivery will take a while.
