I sent back a £100 giro helmet beginning of last week which they took delivery off on Wednesday, but I have tried contacting via phone and email and I just cannot get hold of anyone there.
Does anyone know whether they are actually open?
Website says open online and delivering.
I ordered some brake pads and used their support ticket system to cancel before they were picked/despatched.
I had a notification today telling me that they'd been despatched...
So unless they've replaced all essential staff with robots, someone must be there. Just not responding to customers.

Had my refund processed today but no actual personal contact. Presume they're a bit overwhelmed at their end.
Brakes sent out quickly but I'd guess they're not fully staffed.
I popped in a couple of weeks ago and there was only one member of staff. Now the doors have shut, probably still just one guy dealing with all the mail order so things will take a bit longer I guess.
Responded to my mail asking about stock and if they were open, replied within a few hours.
Order despatched earlier this week, part turned up today, hoping the new helmets for the kids will be here soon..
