Ordered a pair of Hope XC3's 5 weeks ago... the rear wheel turned up two days later and I'm still waiting for the front!!! been chasing them at least twice a week... every week!!! Racing on Sunday and no front wheel... how useless is that!!!

I ordered a work stand from them a few months ago that was out of stock, didn't hear anything from them for a couple of weeks so called them. They then called back to say the stand was in the warehouse and they would send it out, if I hadn't called I think i'd still be waiting. I did order a bmx from them which arrived next day no problem.
