Want to buy something from them but it's subject to sizing, so may well need to return it. [s]How are their returns handled? (normally, I understand C-19 may be causing issues atm)[/s] I can see there update: Covid-19
More to the point, do you recommend them as a retailer?
I'm looking at reviews, that vary from one star to 5, nothing in the middle.. my other option is to buy it from Tredz or tweeks, neither an option I want to use.

I’ve had a few things off them, no problems with delivery but when I returned some knee pads they said they hadn’t received them even though I had proof of delivery. They eventually found them when I raised it with PayPal and I got the refund.

From bitter experience they are a bit funny lot when it comes to queries and info required to seal the deal

However they seem ok once deal is done but it's been looooong time since I've ordered from likes of them, or any other big bike selling businesses

So...

Currently waiting on a set of fox fork seals that were supposedly in stock when I ordered them a couple of weeks ago, that still haven't turned up yet, no comms from them so far apart from the order confirmation.

I'm giving them some slack because of the cv19 situation, but I'm going to lose patience soon.

I've had issues in the past with them due to items that were apparently in stock and not being.

Ordered something that was in stock last week (dispatched with 1-2 days), couple of quid cheaper than anywhere else. updated to ‘in stock with the supplier (dispatched within 4-5 days)’ this week, then just had the dispatch email, so will see how long that takes...

ordered a seatpoost from them (which I could see was 'stock with supplier') - it took a little while to arrive but no problems otherwise

I'd never use them for anything I needed promptly. As noted above, they seem to have a liberal view of what counts as being 'in stock' and their business model relies on getting in items from other suppliers.

Not ordered much from them but what I have has arrived in a timely manner. They sorted a warranty claim on a Giant dropper seatpost for me. Maybe not the best on communication speed but I'd order from them again.

I ordered something from them on Good Friday, took a few days to get dispatched, and then 6 days to arrive through the Royal Mail system, delays to be expected at the moment so apart from that it was ok. I haven't had to send it back so I can't comment on the returns.
