Last I heard spokeshirts (?) had some but I don't think they were bothering again (the bloke who makes them is a bit.......difficult).
As with the british versions of revelate/carousel bags why can't someone do their own version?I've got 4 of them and would'nt use 'normal' backpacks again but there are a couple of small details I would change.
It would only need a few firm orders together to make it worthwhile approaching someone to do the designing/prototyping/manufacture.

If you can't get a Wingnut try a Camelbak Octane 18x.

You can adjust them to sit as low as a wingnut and the zips don't break on them.

I've got both BTW so know how they feel on.

Camelbak Octane LR sits low, and uses the horizontal lumbar reservoir.
A bit peeved with the durability of my wingnut (zips and material) - will try one of these next
