I have a few hours to kill near by so thought it would be a good idea to take a look. However the site is down? You can do bookings but as a non member you need to do a free membership sign up. That appears to be only though the main site.

So if it is open what is it like? Looks like some massive jump runs which are a no go but is there enough to do a few runs on a trail bike? Don't mind techy stuff and roots, small drops etc. Also don't mind try some small jumpy trails if they are there? If so recommendations would be good.

It's great and plenty to go at on a trail bike. Some rooty tech, drops of varying sizes to progress and the main red jump line tables are really well shaped to start on the right and work your way up to the longer jumps on the left

They have a post on FB saying that membership is included with the day pass sign-up at the moment.

The blue and reds have a nice variety of bermy, jumpy and tech. There's not many so just work your way through them and session the ones you like.

Yeah it’s fun on most types of bike probably. There’s a blue that’s burnt snd small table tops. Next to that there’s a red which ups the game a bit - still tables but much bigger / steeper take offs.

There’s another red that’s just a bit twisty and rooty.

Think there’s a tight twisty black with some roots and rocks - bit steeper and a few drops.

Pro line is the mental one with a huge ladder drop / gaps / lily pad type thing etc.

I haven’t been for a year or so and I think there might another few bits and bobs in there. It’s the kind of place it’s small enough to push back up and session small sections that you like / have a feature you want to practice on etc.

Pretty weatherproof too - apart from the very bottom bit which gets a bit mucky.

You can spend a day there easily, bluetopia is the best way to start, it’s a flowing blue with small jumps halfway down, the other blue going down the other side of the ramp is a little more rooty and will be sloppy this time of year, but still fun.

Empuru is the jump line red, great fun and everything is rollable on it, Tina turner is the techy red and again good fun, you can spend the day Judy doing those and sessioning stuff like jumps or drops.

Take snacks and water
